Padstow is the main town nearby, offering a harbour, restaurants, shops, ferry access to Rock and the Camel Trail. It is busier than the villages around Constantine Bay, but useful when you want more choice for food or a day away from the beach. Nearby beaches

Constantine Bay Beach is the main affair, with a wide stretch of sand, rock pools and surf when conditions are right. It is popular with surfers, families and walkers, but it has a more open feel than some of the smaller nearby coves. Tide times and surf conditions are worth checking, especially if swimming or visiting with children.

Booby’s Bay sits next to Constantine and is often used as part of the same beach visit at lower tide. Treyarnon Bay is close by and has a smaller, more contained feel, with rock pools and easier facilities nearby. Harlyn Bay Beach is one of the more practical family beaches in the area, while Porthcothan and Trevone give you more options within the Seven Bays stretch.
