For walkers, the South West Coast Path boasts some of Cornwall's most dramatic coastal scenery. Follow the path to the left and you'll discover the quieter Greenaway Beach, perfect for a family BBQ. Just 2 miles away, the charming village of Rock is a great place to stroll, and from there you can catch the ferry across to Padstow to sample some of the town's famous seafood.
Enter through a tiled hallway that nods to the retreat's Victorian origins, leading into a well-equipped kitchen with a slate floor and a large walk-in larder for storing all your holiday essentials. A wooden dining table invites relaxed meals after a day spent exploring the stunning Cornish coastline. The lounge boasts a large bay window with a cosy window seat, framing beautiful beach views - ideal for curling up with a book or watching a film on the sofas. A second lounge, adorned with vibrant artwork, offers additional comfy seating, a small dining table, books, and a piano for music-filled evenings. Upstairs, four bedrooms are restful spaces for the whole family, with a mix of king-size, twin, and single beds providing flexible sleeping arrangements. These bedrooms share a beautifully appointed family bathroom.
Outside, the front lawn, bordered by a traditional stone wall, provides a lovely spot to soak up the Cornish sunshine, with a garden gate giving easy access to the beach. At the back of the property, a small courtyard is a quiet retreat for your morning coffee. Parking for two cars is conveniently available in a car park just 200 metres away.
