St Ives Ocean Sounds
Perched high above the Granite and Blue elvin rocks and on the waters edge Dolphin is a compact, well equipped, second floor apartment that commands stunning views of the town and harbour. With beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants nearly on your door step it’s a great base to explore everything St Ives has to offer.
Two flights of stairs in the communal hallway take you up to the top floor and entrance to Dolphin. On entering the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner the first thing you see is the magnificent far reaching views of the Harbour, town and across to Hayle towans and Godrevy Lighthouse. There is a TV, DVD player, electric cooker, fridge and microwave. In the light and airy bedroom is a 4ft 6in and the en-suite comprises of a Shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: Adults only. No smoking. No pets. Mobile phone reception varies.
