The South West Coast Path passes close by, offering spectacular seaside walks in both directions, while riverside strolls and woodland trails into Exmoor National Park begin almost from the doorstep. Lynton's dramatic clifftop views are easily reached via the historic cliff railway, and nearby beaches such as Woody Bay (3 miles) and the wide sands of Combe Martin (6 miles) provide excellent options for seaside days out.

There is parking in marked zones along the road from the property, or a public car park a short walk away (both subject to availability).

Parking is a maximum of £10 per Day . Zones for £5 can be found at the end of Tors Road .

The owners will reimburse the parking fees for a maximum of 2 cars when provided with the parking receipt.
