Take a trip over to the seaside village of Polruan or a little further afield visit Mevigissey on the small ferry, an attractive old town with galleries, cafes, pubs and working harbour. For the walkers amongst you there are countless beaches and coastal paths, all within easy reach.

Stepping inside the property you will find the lounge with comfortable seating, wood burner and TV/DVD, the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. From here step through to the stylish open-plan kitchen/diner, a great social space to prepare and enjoy a family meal, well-equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find the first of the two bedrooms. The first is a king-size with views across the town, down to the riverside, the second is the spacious twin. Heading upstairs to the second floor, completing the accommodation, you will find a further king-size bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside from the kitchen you will find a small terrace area that runs along the back of the cottage with views across the town towards the church and river perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
