Northumberland Coast

Northumberland Beach Guide

Northumberland is home to 30 miles of sandy beaches, many of which are dog friendly all year round making them ideal for pet friendly holidays. The Northumbrian coast is dotted with castles, namely at Alnwick and Bamburgh and the famous Hadrian’s Wall is a popular tourist attraction with many sections of the wall still intact.

Other activities on offer include surfing in Beadnell or for those looking for an adrenaline rush try cliff jumping or rock climbing on one of the many cliffs that spread along the coast. Accommodation is easy to find with a great range of Northumberland coastal cottages for rent advertised with us.
