Surfing is one of the main activities in Perranporth, with lessons and board hire available in season. The beach is also good for simple days where you can move between the sand, town and places to eat without much planning. The Watering Hole, set directly on the beach, is one of Perranporth’s best-known local spots.

The South West Coast Path gives you walking routes towards St Agnes in one direction and Holywell Bay in the other.
