A traditional terraced fisherman’s cottage situated in the village of Paignton, tastefully decorated and promising a homely stay all year round. Couples or friends can escape from their busy lifestyle and enjoy a peaceful holiday or weekend away whatever the occasion. Upon entering you will arrive at an open plan living area, home to comfortable sofas, where you can rest in front of the feature fireplace morning through to evening. The kitchen boasts white units to compliment the black counter tops for a classic finish, witha dining table tucked in the corner, with seating for up to four people. Doors open out to the enclosed patio area, ideal for socialising on a nice afternoon, perhaps with a refreshing drink or a good book. On the ground floor you will also find a family bathroom and a separate cloakroom offering space to store your belongings. Take the stairs up to the two bedrooms; a double and a twin, both boasting patterned décor and pretty bedding. From long sandy beaches and a picturesque harbour, the town of Paignton hosts a wonderful selection of shops, pubs, clubs and restaurants. The town makes a fantastic base from which to explore the English Riviera and its surrounding attractions. The nearby coastline offers walking and cycling opportunities along beautiful stretches of beach and rugged cliff tops. A lovely cottage in a charming location.
