The compact but well-equipped kitchen includes a washer/dryer, making holidays hassle-free, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with the main bedroom showcasing close-up beach views from its window.

The real highlight here is the location. Wake up, grab your beach gear and be on the sand within minutes. Porth Beach is one of Cornwall's most family-friendly beaches, with a wide stretch of golden sand, rock pools to explore at low tide and plenty of space for children to play. After a day building sandcastles, swimming or enjoying coastal walks, stroll off the sand and straight into your holiday home for a relaxing evening with dinner, board games or a movie, or pop across the road to Mermaid Inn for a meal out.

Porth itself has everything you need close at hand, including cafés, shops and restaurants, while some of North Cornwall's most loved destinations are just a short drive away. The golden sands of Watergate Bay, the surfing beaches of Newquay, the picturesque harbour at Padstow and miles of spectacular South West Coast Path are all within easy reach.

Living Area

Located on the ground floor, the living area is open plan with the dining area and has doors to the balcony. Furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, and a Smart TV with Freeview

Kitchen

The ground floor kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and washer/dryer. A kettle, toaster, cafetière, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also provided

Dining Area

Open plan with the living area on the ground floor, the dining table seats up to six guests

Bedroom One

On the first floor, Bedroom One has fantastic sea views and is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, a built-in wardrobe, and a mirror

Bedroom Two

Also on the first floor, Bedroom Two has twin beds, a bedside table, bedside lamp, built-in wardrobe, mirror and chair

Bathroom
Located on the first floor, the bathroom includes a shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, shaver point, cabinet and mirror.

Outside (Balcony)
The balcony has fantastic views over the beach and sea, with Mermaid Inn being right opposite. Furnished with a table and four outdoor chairs

Parking
An allocated parking space within the development. Additional parking can be found 2-minutes away in the Porth Beach car park (holiday park) however please note parking charges can be high here, especially during school holidays
