Bracelet Bay and Langland Bay are both within walking distance, connected by scenic coastal paths. Further afield, the Gower Peninsula offers wide, open beaches and stunning landscapes including Rhossili Bay and Worm’s Head, as well as Oxwich Bay and Three Cliffs Bay. Swansea (5 miles) offering galleries, shopping, and connections to the city’s most famous son Dylan Thomas.
The ground floor entrance hall leads on to a staircase to the first floor through to the neat lounge with its modern furnishings and neutral decor and a large bay window showcasing views across Swansea Bay a perfect spot to relax and take it all in. To the rear is a vaulted kitchen/diner, which is a light and airy space with skylights, modern conveniences, and a dining table seating up to 6 guests ideal for cooking and eating together. Also on the this floor is the contemporary family bathroom, and one twin bedroom ideal for younger members of the party. Upstairs the second floor features two king bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. The front bedroom enjoys the sea views. This house is tastefully decorated in neutral tones with subtle maritime touches while retaining its original character.
