Situated in a traffic free cobbled lane between Fore Street and Porthmeor Square it is less than a minutes walk from the harbour, shops and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from Porthgwidden Beach, Porthmeor Beach and the Tate Gallery.
Ground Floor: Kitchen with gas cooker, larder fridge, microwave, washing machine, offset dining area and access to communal alley with shed containing childrens’ beach toys for your use. Bathroom with electric shower over bath, wash basin and wc. Open plan staircase leading to First Floor: Large lounge with gas fire, music centre, TV, DVD player and Wii. Second Floor: Bedroom with 5ft bed, TV, wash basin and hairdryer. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft pine beds, TV, wash basin and hairdryer. Third floor: Large double attic bedroom (limited headroom) with dormer window, sea glimpses, 4ft 6in bed, TV and DVD player.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
