The first floor houses two cosy bedrooms: a comfortable double with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom (featuring shower over bath and WC), and a twin bedroom with TV. Additional facilities include a shower room with double-headed electric shower and WC, plus a convenient ground-floor WC.

The seaside home benefits from an enclosed patio area accessible from the kitchen, providing a private outdoor space for your beach getaway. On-street parking is available across the front of the garage, with additional shared parking on the lane in front of the property.
